KAAPA case accused Minnal Faisal found charred to death, murder suspected

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Police said the body found charred to death in Chirayinkeezhu is that of Kerala Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act (KAAPA) case accused. The body is that of Minnal Faisal, an accused in several cases. The police believe that the body found in a small building in a vacant land is four days old.

The locals informed the police after a foul smell was emanating from the area. Faisal was released from jail recently. Police said they will investigate whether he was murdered by someone as he is an accused in KAAPA case. Police said more clarity would be obtained only after forensic procedures.
