KOTTAYAM: Nair Service Society General Secretary Sukumaran Nair criticised Chief Minister VD Satheesan as an arrogant leader. The criticism was made in his speech while holding a budget meeting at the NSS headquarters in Perunna. The criticism included pointing out Satheesan's remarks that he will not kowtow before community leaders.

“Satheesan would not be able to do anything. If NSS decide, we will certainly implement things. I tried twice to meet the chief minister but was denied permission. Satheesan is flaunting his arrogance. The chief minister is the same person who, years ago, came to NSS headquarters seeking permission to meet me. Satheesan has now changed his stance and continues to make public statements that he would not entertain community leaders,” said Sukumaran Nair.
