THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of the investigation into the CMRL-Exalogic monthly payment case, Enforcement Directorate officials opened and inspected the bank lockers of Opposition Leader Pinarayi Vijayan's daughter Veena T.

Veena was summoned, and the locker at HDFC Bank near Thiruvananthapuram Ayurveda College was opened. However, it is reported that no documents related to the monthly payment case were found in the locker. Central Army security was provided for the inspection. The inspection continued for about three hours.

The locker was inspected as part of the investigation into Veena's financial transactions with CMRL. Veena was summoned to Kochi the other day, and her statement was recorded.

The documents presented by Veena include information about the locker in HDFC Bank. The ED recorded information, including the gold in the locker. The move is to question Veena again if the SFIO documents are available along with the inspection information. However, the SFIO has not yet handed over the documents to the ED, even after the deadline set by the court has passed.
