NEW DELHI: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned amid students protests. Pradhan has sent his resignation letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The union minister had announced his resignation through his own X account ahead of the third round of talks between the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) and the Centre. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke had made it clear that there would be no retreat without Pradhan's resignation in the irregularities in NEET exam.

We achieved it, said CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke, announcing the news of Pradhan's resignation from the Jantar Mantar stage. They used to say that no one in this government would resign. But we made it happen,' added Dipke.
