Wife dies by suicide less than a month ago; husband found dead in same room

KASARGOD: A man was found dead in the same room where his wife committed suicide less than a month ago. He has been identified as Pavithran (58) of Parappa Kottamadal in Kasargod. His wife Geetha ended her life on August 14. Pavithran was upset after the incident. He was found hanging in the room.

Pavithran entered his room at 10 pm last night. Not seeing him outside, his relatives searched for him and then found him hanging in his room. He was rushed to the hospital, but his life could not be saved. Meantime, the cause of Geetha’s death is still unclear. The couple’s relatives said they did not have any family issues. The couple has two children.
