THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister V D Satheesan said that there will be a protocol for government projects. The chief minister said this while briefing the media after the cabinet meet convened here Wednesday. He added that a mapping system will be introduced for the implementation of government projects and there will be no delay.

‘The report of the expert committee that studied the high-speed rail project has been received. The expert committee informed that E Sreedharan's report is incomplete. The

committee informed that the project should not be implemented in its present form. The mistake that happened to K Rail should not be repeated. The government will conduct another study on the project. Land availability will also be examined.

No one has complained on the appointment of government pleader. The recommendation for the appointment was made by the Indian Lawyers Congress. The appointment was made after a detailed examination. The report against ADGP M R Ajith Kumar has not reached the government. The news that NSS was denied the opportunity to meet is wrong. Spoke to Sukumaran Nair on the phone. The government will not do anything against its interests on the Vizhinjam issue. It was the Left government that gave concessions to the Adani Group,' added VD Satheesan.
