Body of fisherman who went missing from Muthalapozhi recovered 

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The body of a fisherman, who went missing after falling from a boat in Muthalapozhi, has been recovered. The body of Praveen alias Thomas (42) of Vadayil House at Puthenmannu in Anchuthengu was recovered. His body was found by the fishermen who went fishing Tuesday morning. On being informed, the police arrived and shifted the body to Chirayinkeezhu Taluk Hospital.

The incident happened Monday evening (August 10) at 5.30 pm while the boat driven by Praveen was being moored. His body could not be found although the coastal police and the marine enforcement reached the spot and examined.

Meantime, search for the fishermen, who went missing in the sea, will continue today also. The search for John, Shijin, who went missing from Thiruvananthapuram and Gautham Krishna from Kollam will continue. The Navy will also be part of the search operations.
