Arjun Ayanki spotted in Edappal; further embarrassment for Kerala police

MALAPPURAM: Arjun Ayanki, who is still at large, reached Edappal in Malappuram district. He arrived at a private Ayurvedic hospital here. CCTV footage of Ayanki arriving was released. The footage shows Arjun Ayanki being accompanied by four people from Vattamkulam, Edappal. They were taken into custody by the police for questioning on Saturday morning.

Abubacker Siddique, Faisal, Naufal and Ashkar, natives of Vattamkulam, Edappal, were taken into custody. It is reported that they were questioned and released. They are connected to Arjun Ayanki through social media. Many pictures and reels with Arjun have been posted on their social media accounts in the past. Arjun has also been to Edappal with them before.

The police received information that Arjun Ayanki had been travelling through Kuttippuram, Edappal and Changaramkulam areas in the past few days. The investigation was intensified, focusing on these areas. Despite conducting a statewide manhunt, the police are yet to find Arjun Ayanki. The police suspected that Arjun might have left Kerala after crossing the Paliyekkara toll plaza.

Meanwhile, Arjun continues to mock the police and challenge the chief minister through social media posts.
