Manju Pathrose responds to divorce speculations: "We live separately now"

Actress Manju Pathrose has finally addressed the persistent rumors regarding her marital status. Speculation arose after she and her husband, Sunichan, had not been seen together for some time. In a recent interview with a YouTube channel, she clarified that while they are not legally divorced, they have been living separately.

"There is no contact between Sunichan and me. He calls and speaks with our son, and he goes to visit him; I would never stand in the way of that. While we are not legally separated, there has been no discussion about reconciliation. We cannot live according to the expectations of others forever—eventually, the love simply fades. You must do what makes you happy, provided you do not harm others. My priority is ensuring my son never has to hang his head in shame because of me.

I used to cry, wondering how I would survive without him, mostly out of a fear of life itself. Today, that fear is gone. People might claim it’s because I have money now, but that isn't the case. I have very little in my account; I am busy paying off debts and schooling my son. I have seen times when I owned nothing but a nose piercing. Back then, only a few people stood by me. Because of that, I try to give back to others what I received. I cannot love everyone, but I want to live by loving myself."
