'Vile attempts ongoing to end Prithviraj's Mollywood career'; Mallika Sukumaran responds to cyber attack on 'Vilaayath Budha'

Mallika Sukumaran, actress and mother of Prithviraj Sukumaran, responded to the hate campaign now targeting her son’s new movie, Vilaayath Budha. Mallika alleged that a concerted effort was in place to end Prithviraj’s career in Mollywood. The actress said that she has secured the IDs of those accounts that made vile statements targeting the movie.

“No film organisations are here to support Prithviraj while his film is being targeted heinously on social media. It is the duty of organisations to jump into action to end this trend. The fact that Thilakan’s son returned in a prominent role through this movie has also unsettled many. People within the cine industry are involved in spreading this hate,” said Mallika.

It was just a few days back that producer Sandip Senan filed a case against a YouTube channel for using communal remarks while reviewing the movie Vilaayath Budha.
