‘Do you realize what will happen if they reunite…blast,’ Much awaited teaser of ‘Patriot’ is out

The teaser of ‘Patriot’ starring Mammootty and Mohanlal, the two great superstars of the Malayalam film industry, has been unveiled. This is one of the films the fans have been eagerly waiting for. The teaser hints that the film, directed by Mahesh Narayanan and produced by Anto Joseph and K G Anil Kumar, will be a political action thriller. This film marks the reunion of the two legends after 17 years.

Along with Mammootty and Mohanlal, Fahadh Faasil and Kunchacko Boban are also in the film in pivotal roles. The one-and a half long minute long teaser opens with Fahadh’s voiceover. This is the first time Mammootty, Mohanlal and Fahadh coming together for a film.

The main scenes in the teaser are Dr Daniel James (Mammootty) and Colonel Rahim Naik (Mohanlal) trying to stop an illegal operation. It also hints that there is another crucial character in the film besides these two.

The teaser also shows Kunchacko Boban talking anxiously about a project called 'Periscope'. Nayanthara's character also talks about an application that is part of the laptop scheme for students. The teaser also sheds light on the characters of Darshan Rajendran and Revathi. Revathi plays the role of a prominent political leader. The film has music by Sushin Shyam.
