Actor Bala's ex-wife and YouTuber Elizabeth Udayan has come forward with serious allegations from her hospital bed. In an emotional video, Elizabeth asks whether she will ever get justice — even if it means after her death. Her deteriorating health is evident, as she appears in the video with a tube inserted in her nose. The situation has raised widespread concern about her condition and what exactly happened to her.

Without directly naming Bala, Elizabeth claims that if anything happens to her, the full responsibility lies with Bala and his family.

"He is the reason for my current condition. Despite submitting a complaint to the Chief Minister and the Police Chief, I haven’t received justice. I want justice. He abused me both mentally and physically. I’m recording this video in this condition because I fear I may not survive. Why did he marry me and invite people and media to a staged show? Why did he call me his wife? I can no longer bear this. I never thought I’d have to post a video in such a condition. I am mentally and physically exhausted," Elizabeth said.

"Tell me — wasn’t it deception when he called me his wife and organised all those ceremonies? I felt I had to speak out. I’m deeply distressed. He released a threatening video and said it wasn’t aimed at me, but I never expected such a thing. For some people, money is everything. But I’m fighting for justice," she said.

"I had submitted a petition to the Chief Minister stating that the police weren't accepting my complaint. The complaint was sent from the top down to the DySP office. They visited my house once and then never followed up. The case is ongoing in court, but both his lawyer and he have skipped hearings. They claim he has no money, but he owns assets worth Rs 250 crore. It has been written that I only have a 'doctor-patient' relationship with him," Elizabeth added.
