'He will shout at others, expect no mercy'; Manoj K Jayan about actor Mammootty's crazy ways

There would not be any debate over selecting the craziest motorhead in the Malayalam film industry. It is an op[en kept secret that no one else would rival actor Mammootty when it comes to cars. Dulquer Salmaan, son of Mammootty, has also imbibed the same thrill for vehicles but not in the same vigour as his father. Not just the craze, Mammootty morphs into someone else when he gets to the driver’s seat. People used to joke about wanting a job as Mammootty’s driver as it requires nothing but sitting in the passenger’s seat for the whole journey, and only parking the vehicle when necessary, as Mammootty would be at the wheel anyway.

Now, actor Manoj K Jayan is opening up about Mammootty's love of cars and driving. Manoj K Jayan talked about the superstar during the promotion of his latest film Dheeran.

“If he gets into the driving seat, then brace yourself for an F1 race-type driving. It is usual for Mammootty to shout at other vehicles and drivers on the road. We may see nothing wrong with their driving but Mammootty would not spare them. If questioned, that actor would justify how their careless driving made him slow down.” Said Manoj K Jayan.
