Actress Seema G Nair's post on social media about the Ahmedabad plane crash is gaining attention. When she came to know about the accident, the first thing she did was call Air India. The film star was looking for her friend Vishnu, whom she loves like a brother. Vishnu works as a supervisor in Air India. Seema wrote in a Facebook post that she could not find peace until she heard his voice.
Seema G Nair's post:
"I have been in a distressing state since yesterday afternoon. The impact of the plane crash has not left me. That moment when I realized that the lives of many people I had never seen or heard from until now had been lost in a second (though they were none of ours, the thought that they were some of ours filled my mind). This is Vishnu, a native of Pathanapuram, whom I love like my own brother. He is a supervisor at Air India. I was on a shoot yesterday. As soon as I learned about the accident, I felt a pang in my chest, and suddenly I called him, and I did not find peace until I heard Vishnu's voice on the other end. Even though I heard the voice, he was crying. The deceased were the crew and pilots who had accompanied him on his travels. Many people had come to his wedding. I did not know how to calm him down. He was supposed to go to work again on the flight to London this morning. He will reschedule and fly from Delhi to London tonight. I do not know how long it will take for his wound to heal. Even when I call him now, his voice is very shaky. When everything is destroyed in an instant, leaving behind hopes and dreams, I have only one request to God: 'Don't be so cruel'" Seema G Nair wrote.
