‘Pinarayi Vijayan, Chothi Nakshatram,’ offering of Rs 250 in name of CM 

KANNUR: An offering by a devotee in the name of Pinarayi Vijayan at a time when the state is awaiting the crucial assembly election results. As counting of votes have begun in the state, a die-hard supporter has made an offering of Vishnu pooja in the name of the chief minister.

Vishnu Pooja has been offered at the Kanathoor Mahavishnu Temple coming under the Malabar Devaswom Board in Kannur. The supporter, a regular visitor to the temple, made the offering worth Rs 250 in the name of ‘Pinarayi Vijayan, Chothi Nakshatram.’ Although the receipt was written on Sunday, the pooja was conducted today, the day the votes are counted.
