SRI NAGAR: Maqsood Ahmad Sheikh, father of J&K Police Cop Mudasir Sheikh who was killed in an encounter in Kashmir yesterday told that he is proud of his son.
'My son will never return, but he left after killing those terrorists to save the lives of hundreds of people. I am proud of him', said Sheikh.

The security forces clashed with militants in Baramulla yesterday. Jammu and Kashmir police officer Mudasir Sheikh was killed during the encounter.
Security forces killed three Pakistani militants in the clash. Weapons and ammunition were seized from them.
Kashmir IGP Vijay Kumar said on yesterday that Mudasir was martyred while killing three Pakistani Jaish-e-Muhammad militants who had been working in the Kreeri area in Baram for months.
