Kerala records 11,136 COVID-19 cases on Sunday, 11 deaths

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state confirmed 11,136 COVID-19 cases on Sunday. Among these, 10,331 persons developed the disease through contact, including 668 cases without an identified source of infection. 56 persons, who came from outside the state, tested positive for the virus. 81 health workers contracted the disease on Sunday.

32,004 patients tested negative for the virus today. As of now, there are 1,60,330 active cases in the state.

The state confirmed 11 deaths due to the virus on Sunday with the toll rising to 62,199.

Ernakulam 1509, Thiruvananthapuram 1477, Kollam 1061, Kottayam 1044, Kozhikode 991, Thrissur 844, Pathanamthitta 649, Alappuzha 640, Kannur 599, Idukki 597, Malappuram 557, Palakkad 462, Wayanad 447, Kasaragod 259.
