Mike Tyson punches fellow passenger on flight; video goes viral

SAN FRANCISCO: Boxing legend Mike Tyson has punched a fellow passenger in his face for repeatedly harassing him on a plane. The video shows a man trying to irritate Mike Tyson from the back, on a flight from San Francisco. Unable to bear the annoyance, Tyson repeatedly punched the young man in the face.

Initially, Tyson was friendly with the man, when he came to meet him. Later, the 55-year-old boxing champion was annoyed and asked the man to go back to his seat. However, the man refused to go back and this worsened the problem. Tyson got off the plane without continuing his journey. Although the video went viral, the US police, JetBlue Airlines and Tyson's associates did not immediately comment on the incident.

Mike Tyson is a boxer known for sparking controversies both inside and outside the ring. In 1997, he had bit off a piece of Evander Holyfield’s ear. He has also been convicted for rape and cocaine addiction.
