Three persons including two Malayali nurses killed in car accident in Oman

MUSCAT: Three persons, including two Malayalis, were killed in a car accident in Oman. The accident took place as a five-member group was hit by a car while crossing the road. The deceased Malayali women have been identified as Thrissur native Majida Rajesh and Kollam native Shajeera Illyas. They both were nurses at Nizwa Hospital. The third person is a native of Egypt.

Two Malayali nurses sustained injuries in the accident. The injured persons are Sherly Jasmine and Malu Mathew. They are undergoing treatment at the hospital. According to witnesses, the vehicle lost control and crashed into the five-member group.
